Georgena is learning new skills!

Georgena (L) has encountered challenges in finding permanent employment and was eager to delve into the Career Transition Assistance (CTA) Program with guidance from Designer Life Facilitator Ramesh.

Georgena has a forklift licence and prior experience in the cleaning sector, so Ramesh is keen to help leverage her existing skill set to explore new opportunities in her local area.

The CTA program aims to support individuals aged 45 and over by providing assistance in updating digital and workplace skills, boosting confidence, and mastering the process of applying for jobs online. In addition to refining job search strategies and tailoring job applications, the program will empower Georgena to recognise her existing skills and craft a personalised Career Pathway Plan.

Good luck Georgena, we are excited to see your progress!
