CTA success for Leah!

Leah is excited about further studies and pursuing a career in community services!

Completing the Career Transition Assistance (CTA) Program at our Mt Gravatt Career Centre opened her eyes to more employment options than she had imagined. With Facilitator Ramesh's guidance, Leah is exploring positions in community services, aged care, and disability support.

Together, they reviewed her transferable skills and job preferences. During their discussions it became clear that Leah is passionate about and well-suited for a role in the care and support sector.

Leah said “It has been a very positive experience. I learned valuable job seeking skills and was able to improve my digital literacy. I want to thank Ramesh for being a knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging CTA Facilitator.”

Now, Leah is exploring training in aged care and disability support, and she's thrilled to be able to fit these studies into her current schedule to make the transition smooth.
