Zane feels empowered to find work!

When Zane joined the Career Transition Assistance (CTA) Program with our Facilitator Ramesh, he was searching for motivation. After being out of work for a while, he felt like he had lost the skills needed to re-enter the workforce.

Joining the Career Transition Assistance (CTA) group came at just the right time for Zane, especially as he needed to boost his digital literacy skills. Ramesh has helped him easily log on to Workforce Australia apps and build confidence in using his digital devices and helped improve his online job searching skills.

Zane shared how his time with the CTA group has made him reconsider how he interacts with his Provider. He now intends to switch to face-to-face meetings rather than over the phone. The support he has gained through the group has boosted Zane's confidence, and he's now looking forward to the future.

We're excited to continue supporting Zane in his quest for work!
