Check out our latest Employment Skills Training (EST) class in Townsville taking on the ultimate teamwork challenge! It’s all about communication, coordination, and collaboration – and these guys absolutely nailed it!

The EST program is more than just a ‘how to get a job’ class. It’s about building essential skills like teamwork and problem-solving to help participants gain the confidence and skills needed to secure and maintain meaningful employment.

Through tailored training, practical activities, and skills workshops, Facilitator Clynt focused on enhancing workplace readiness and personal development, setting each participant up for success.

EST courses are available for anyone over the age of 15, registered with Workforce Australia, and ready to make a change!
